Want to report a problem?
If you have joined the Cogan Community Neighbourhood Watch scheme, you should use the messaging function to raise your concern. If you are not part of the scheme, we would encourage you to do become a member. It is free and gives members a platform to discuss issues in the community in a structured, regulated environment.
If you do not wish to sign up to the Neighbourhood Watch scheme, then you may submit your concern using the form below. Community members will discuss the issue and look at ways to address your concern as a collective body.
Anti Social Behaviour
45% of people say ASB is a problem where they live in the UK and 56% of those who had either been a victim of or a witness to ASB, did not report it to anyone. This suggests that the incidence and the negative effects of ASB are much higher than official statistics based on recorded cases recognise.
Graffiti
Did you know that Graffiti falls under the wider category of Environmental antisocial behaviour? Others include dumping rubbish, animal nuisance, including dog fouling and dogs barking, vandalism, property damage and graffiti, antisocial drinking, driving in an inconsiderate or careless way, for example, drivers congregating in an area for racing/car cruising, and arson (secondary fires).
